How does the escrow service work?
After purchasing the product, the payment, including order information, will be sent to the escrow service. The service creates a request for the seller and now has an average of 12-48h (depending on the type of product; maximum 7 days) to complete the order and contact the buyer (usually by email, but depends on the type of product). After completing the order, money will be sent to the seller.
Can I use another escrow service outside your store?
Unfortunately, no. With our escrow service we have an agreed advantageous rate and we will collect 3% and escrow service 2% from each trade. Thanks to this, it is possible to keep the business running and make a profit. And thanks to that, you too can get interesting products at still good prices.
Can I become a seller?
We are currently looking for solid suppliers ourselves or according to trusted references.

Are all orders performed using the escrow service?
Yes! We try to make all orders go through the escrow service. If this is not possible somewhere, such a product will be marked as escrow is not supported here.
Can I tell the seller any special request around the order?
Yes. When creating an order, it is possible to leave a message to the seller. Some products even require it. And if possible, the seller will try to satisfy you.
Are there any fees?
Yes, but only small. The first is if the product (seller) supports our escrow service. If so, the fee is only 0.3% of the product price. The second fee is for our business to cover expenses and have some small profit. This is 1.1% of the product price.
What do I do if i’m experiencing a glitch or bug?
Email us with an explanation of the problem or what happened to you.
What do I do if i’ve been scammed?
Visit our "Escrow" section start dispute and explain the situation. To prevent being scammed you should fully utilize escrow, this means don’t finalize the order if you haven’t received it and dispute the order.
Can I create a sample order to make sure it works?
Unfortunately, we do not support this. Many of our clients have positive deals. And our team tries to find only trusted sellers. It's a win-win for everyone. That's why we try to make everything work as it should and everyone is satisfied.
Is it possible to just write a message to the seller?
Unfortunately, we do not support it yet. To maintain the anonymity and security of all, we do not provide direct contacts to the seller or any other possibility of communication. The only option is to leave a message when creating the order.
If the seller writes you a message (eg thanks to an order), it will usually be from his anonymous email. Then you can communicate as needed. It's already out of our business.
How can I pay? Or how does it work?
We currently only support bitcoin payments. More information in the Bitcoin section. We also recommend the Escrow section.
The payment is sent to the escrow service. The service contacts the seller. And after delivering the product to the buyer, the escrow service will be paid for by the seller.
We have no basket system. Each product is purchased separately. After creating the order, you will receive a code with which it is possible to check the status of the order.
How is it possible that some products are so terribly cheap?
The prices are determined by the seller himself. We know from our experience that when a product is stolen or hacked, its price can drop by up to 90%, because under normal circumstances it can be difficult to sell. That's why similar stores like ours are used.
However, this does not mean that the product is of lower quality! It only has the sign that it is not legal and in some countries it is not even possible to sell it. And that lowers the price a lot. Of course, the quality is otherwise the same as for a legal product.
What should I do if after a long time I have not received anything?
Contact us. It could happen that the seller has some problems and asked us to extend the delivery time. Sometimes it happens that he is on holiday or unable to complete an order at a given time because he is waiting for another of his suppliers. Or he just has a lot of work to do.
We are here for you and we will try to find out the problem.
Will you stock new products?
Unfortunately, we do not sell any products, so we do not even have warehouses. We only provide offers from smaller suppliers or individuals. Therefore, the number of offers and quantities may vary. But we always try to make some products available by looking for stable suppliers.
Can't find what you're looking for?
If you cannot find the product you are looking for, write us an email and we will try to ask our sources and suppliers if it would be possible to create an offer.
If we manage to get such a product, the price is usually a bit higher, because this is an exclusive offer probably only for you (it depends on the number of pieces and other preferences of the supplier).
(Financial Products) Is it safe to accept payment to my account or BTC wallet?
When it comes to BTC transactions, we require all merchants to mix their BTC wallets to hide their source of money. However, if they sell the whole wallet, then mixing does not have to be done here. In this case, we recommend doing it at your own expense before using the wallet. Ideal are available online mixers or use an unregulated exchange.
When it comes to payments on PayPal, Banks or others, it is always net money laundered that can be used without any problems. The risk only occurs when buying BTC wallets. But every seller is obliged to inform you about the condition.
Physical shipment?
In our experience, most sellers send a shipment within 24 hours of receiving notification from the Escrow service. DHL & UPS ship Monday-Friday and not during holidays. Sellers will ship with FEDEX Mon-Sat and any other delivery service you will mention during checkout process.
Not all products have a single shipping service because each seller has different preferences and options.
Packaging & Labeling?
Usually small products are inserted into magazines, books, clothes. Larger products then into some electronics. In addition, such packages are described as belonging to Amazon, eBay or Chinese online stores. But all this depends on the specific seller.
Some sellers use their own (non-traditional) way of packaging the product, but it is always a safe package that does not attract attention.
Can I use my home address?
Yes. You can use your address. The package or consignment will always be securely packed so that it does not attract the attention of customs officers or transport companies.
Only the seller will know your address information and this information will be deleted from the system when the order is complete.
Can I trace a shipment?
Yes. For this function, we recommend filling in the email when ordering. The moment the seller sends the shipment, he will send you an email with a link for tracing.
